We have implemented a system for monitoring the purity of gaseous Helium for the NA-48 experiemnt on high-energy physics at CERN. A set of SnO_2 sensors was used for on-line information on Helium purity within requested accuracy. The system of sensors proved useful for either monitoring or diagnostics of correct operation with the Helium tank.
