Resolutions of Mesh Generation in Whole Field and Armature Reaction of Electric Machine

摘要

In this paper, the importance of Finite Element Method (FEM) for electromagnetic field analysis of electric machine with mesh generation in whole field is discussed. The proper method of mesh generation in whole field must be chosen. The inserted line method is used to generate mesh in whole field automatically. For this method, the proper mesh generation order and method are discussed by theoretical analysis and examples. In addition, several methods to deal with armature reaction of different kind of electric machine are introduced by given examples.
