The behavior of resistance to freezing-thawing circulation of a polymer modified cement mortar (PMCM), which was made from waste polyester beverage bottles was studied. The resutls shwoed that the mas loss of the PMCM after 300 freezing-thawing circulation was same as the mass loss of ordinary silicate cement mortar (OSCM) after 100 freezing-thawing circulation. It indicated that the resistance to freezing-thawing circulation of the low cost polymer modified cement mortar (PMCM) made from waste polyester beverage bottles was superior to ordinary silicate cement mrotar (OSCM). The flexural strength and the compressive strength of the PMCM after 300 freezing-thawing circulation were 9.8Mpa and 48Mpa, respectively, which can meet the requirements in engineering as a protective material or even as a structure material.
