The development and application of port's hazardous materials database

摘要

The devleopment of Port's Hazardous Materials Database (PHMD) is of great improtance to the safety productionin ports. This paper introduces the structure and functions devleopment of a PHMD, some representative hazardous materials in ports, some questions must be noticed in development and the main characters of software.
