I an in favor of energy conservation, because energy conservation activities have taken an active function in the managing field. As a matter of fact, there is an energy crises now. The crises can not be changed only by way of energy conservation. I'm interested in studying and exploring and developing a kind of new energy. Now, I briefly introduce something about energy absorption possibility of heavy sea and forms of heavy sea.
