摘要

Based on the investigation to collision avoidance behaviors in starboard to starboard near head-on situation and the Entropy Theory, the manoeuvring uncertainty of the both encountered vessels is studied asccording to the distances and DCPAs between the vessels. This paper gives the mavoeuvre advice for the vessels in the situation to make their correct collision avoidance decision to avoid non-coordination action.
