Data-mining method is successfully applied to flight test data analysis in this paper, and problems existing in clustering, assorting, regression such as insufficient number of flight test data and big differences of information among flight test have preliminarily been resolved. A new way of reliability test of identification result is presented according to aerodynamic characteristic distribution in some certain range of different time and different flight The coherence of the identification results is checked in this paper by dealing with and analyzing groups of flight data, and the prediction error of ground test is given by comparing identification result with ground test data. This research gives a new way to test reliability of identification result and construct model aerodynamic based on flight data, and it is useful for verification and validation of CFD and wind tunnel test.
