A new approach to RF impedance test

摘要

A rational approach for the impedance measurement of a RF transmitter is presented. It achieves improved accuracy and fast measurements by thorough simulation of the device. The test results demonstrate the method is easy and applicable atfrequencies up to 1GHz in an ATE environment.
