摘要

With increasing of energy and content of nitramine oxide fillers of propellants, dewetting of fillers and poor mechanical performance of propellants were observed . Addition of bonding agents into them is an effective way to solve the problems . A new type of bonding agent which contains carbon-mirogen heterocycles and polyether-amides is designed and synthesized for this purpose. The reactive groups of its molecule can be modified to give several new type of bonding agents by etherification , cyanation and energization . The new type of bonding agents can be used in propellants consisting of NC, NG and RDX to improve the dewetting of nitramine oxide fillers and thus raise the mechanical properties of propellants.
