Summary of department of defense renewable energy activities

摘要

The Department of Defense (DoD) has served as a trendsetter in using various renewable energy technologies. This paper provides current (March 1999) status of most active or planned renewable energy projects in the DoD. This paper is being submitted by the Tri-Service Renewable Energy Committee (TREC), the group within the DoD charged to promote renewable energy.
