摘要

A new procedure (HEROS -Human Error Rate Assessment and Optimizing System) for the probabilistic evaluation of human tasks in man-machine-systems is developed. General valid ergonomic studies are the database of this procedure which uses verbal terms for the evaluation of the most performance shaping factors, influencing the human being during an execution of a task. An expert system was developed using the fuzzy set theory for the processing of these verbal terms. It's rules are derived from ergonomic studies. Furthermore, a new model for the evaluation of knowledge based behavior is applied in the expert system. The important features of the hEROS development and application will be discussed. Up to now, the procedure is not validated and verified by other users. This will be a task in the frame of the further development.
