Creating a Collaborative Systems Engineering Environment

摘要

We have often heard that everyone on a project needs to be a systems engineer-or at least have a systems perspective. This paper suggests using emerging technologies to capture the complex interrelationships that are the essence of systems engineering and presenting them to the right people at the right time in a context they understand through the web-creating virtual systems engineers in the process.
