The series of VG isotopic mass spectrometer was made by VG- MICROMASS LTD. It has the characteristics of the high precision and multi-purpose and included thermal ionization solid MS. stability isotopic gas MS. Inertia gas isotopic MS etc. From the later years of 1970s, many models of VG isotopic MS had been made and there are many users in our country. Because of the excellence of the main system of instruments, many of them have been working for very important field even if they had been working for 10-20 years.
