The HI-13 tandem accelerator in the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE) is a multi-user facility. Only 5-10% of beam time can be used for accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS) study. So it is hardly to measure too many samples and to do deeper and wider applications by using the Hl-13 tandem AMS system. Therefore, our studies focus on the development of AMS measurement methods. There are two methods were set up during the past two years.
