Study on Cultural condition of T48

摘要

Trichoderma spp. existed in soil and some fo them were antagonist for pathogen of many plant diseases. The vlue of Trichoderma spp. for retratining disease was noticed by some people sixty years age. The researches on control of plant diseases using the fungi and on the mechnaism of restraining the pathogen have been rapidly developed since 1970s and many fo them were reproted recently in our country. In order to knowing the effect of the antagonist to the fruit trees, some isolates which separated from some area fo Hebei province were tested to retrain the growth of pathogen fo apple leaf spot, canker of fruit apple, bitter rot of apple and canker of apple. Among them, T48 was the best one in inhibition of pathogen fo those disease. In preparing to use in a large scale, the culture condition of T48 were tested for producing in a large number.
