The Effect of Ink Properties on Formation of Ink Layer

Questions of creating the ink layer are considered. Dependence of ink transfer on ink viscosity is discussed. It is shown that the increase of ink viscosity leads to increasing the effort required for splitting of the ink layer. Reducing ink viscosity lowers the pigment concentration and as a consequence lowers the intensity of the printed image.
