Mathematical modeling into performance evaluation using simulator training and correlation with live training practices

In this paper, the problem of objective evaluation of trainee performance from simulators, and subsequent prediction of the trainee competency, is solved in two ways: (i) using linear factor structure and linear factor dynamics, in case of bigsample of trainees and simulator tests, and (ii) using nonlinear Hopfield-overlaps based structure and nonlinear overlap dynamics, in case of small sample of trainees and simulator tests.
