Performance-Based Analysis of Fire Resistance of construction Assemblies

This paper will describe the progress of a joint ASCE and SFPE committee involved in developing a standard for performance-based fire resistance analyses. This standard will assess the impact of a prescribed fire exposure on the ability of a structural member to continue to function structurally.
