Performance QUantification for the Wavelet Transform Domain Estimator-Correlator

摘要

The continuous wavelet transform domain estimator-correlatro has bee ndeveloped [1-3] for use in statistical estimation/detectio problems ot address target strength loss and multipath energy recombination. In this paper, the performance measures for high-resolution EC in reverbration limited environments are derived and are shown to be caluclated directly form target and reveberation scattering functions. It is shown that this prformance measure can be used for wideband signal design and environmental adaptation.
