We study transmitted-power allocation strategies designed for hte block-fading additive white Gaussian noise chnlongs to the general class of block-interference chanels described in [2]. It applies to several mobile radio systems where the channel coherence time is much longer than one symbol interval, and hence several transmitted symbols are affected by the same fading value.
