摘要

We previously found that the skin penetration and metabolism of prednisolone 21-acetate (PNA) was appreciably influenced by the ultrasound application (1 MHz, 4.3 W/cm~2, conti-nuous mode) in the hairless mouse in vitro. In the present study, we have furhter studied the effect of the intensity and duration of ultrasound application on skin metabolism of PNA.
