摘要

The overall aim of this research paper is the study of evaporation of Arabian Light crude oil spillage on water as a basic lement for a simulation model for crude oil spillage on sea water. The effects of the wind velocity as ell as the direct and diffused solar radiation on the evaporation process were studied. The first series of experiments were carried out without taking into account the wind velocity and experiments were carried out without taking into accoujnt the wind velocity and temperature. The second series of experimets concenbtrated on the evaportation under the influence of direct and diffused solar radiation without ventilation and at wind velocites of 1.0; 5.7 and 6.8 m/s.
