摘要

In pulse power system(PPS), pulse trigger is used for triggering Marx generator and switches of Blumlein lines. High performance pulse trigger can improve the performance and stability of the PPS. Pluse trigger with laser triggered gas switch(LTGS) has many advantages compared to electric pulse triggering mode. This paper reported the design and experimental results of pulse trigger with LTGS and a quadruole Nd:YAG laser source.
