The power system state estimator featuring M-robust approach

摘要

A new and simple, two-step, robust BDS-type (bad data suppression) state estimator based on the M-estimation principle is presented and the observability issues are considered. The feasibility of the approach is demonstrated with both the small test system and the power system network of Yugoslavia.
