摘要

In this paper, a stochastic limit analysis procedure using Linear Programing method and First Order Reliability Method is developed. Using this procedure, the likely collapse modes of weakbeam-strong-column designed structures under uncertain load and member strength are investigated and the objective value of COF to ensure the lspan frame structure collapse according to beam-failure pattern is discussed. From the investigations of this paper, much high value of COF is required under uncertain member strength than that of deterministic cases.
