Our a im in this study was to improve fibre quality of stored bagasses through fungal treatment during storage. Lenzites betulina was selected because of its ability to rapidly colonize bagasse and improve pulp properties. Pulping trials were conducted using Soda, Solda-AQ and SAS-AQ processes.
