摘要

The steel of turbine and accessories in power plant can be corroded by wet air at shutdown period, and the corrosive rate is more rapid than that in service. Up to now there is no good method to solve the problem in domestic plant. The unit 8 of Ba Qiao Thermal Power Plant in Shaan Xi Province shut down in summer for a long time without any action to prevent corrosion. We studied the anticorrosive techniques of dehumidification, and applied the designed protective system of lithium chloride for two summers in the plant and took good effect. This paper introduces the anticorrosive principle and system designed method of the dehumidifier, discusses the observed data, and summarizes the results in finally. The article finds a new way to prevent corrosion for the equipment of power plant at shutdown period.
