This paper deals with dynamical modular systems. A dynamical modular system is a network system consisting of a number of modules that have dynamics. in dynamical modular systems, a stability of the the whole system depends on its structure, that is, connections among dynamical modules. It is, therefore, important to investigate how to find the connection that makes the whole system the most stable. In this paper, we consider the case that dynamical modular systems are applied to automated car systems. Automated car systems considered in this paper can be foumulated as dynamical modular systems whose structure is a chain type. This paepr provides the design method to find the order of cars that makes the whole system the most stable. Simulation results show that we can find the best order of cars using this method.
