Experiment results indicate that the electrostatic field, driving pressure, flow-rate, feed concentration all influence cross-flow electrofiltration. It also shows that electrostatic field can improve membrane detachness sharply. The critical voltage (E_(cr)) and the critical electrochemical voltage (D_(cr)) exist. The suitable electrostatic field should be choosen between two critical values.
