摘要

The powders of stainless steel type or hard alloy type are used for rapid metallic mould with plasma spraying layer based on rapid prototyping. This metallic sheet has been formed on a rapid prototype or a substrate sheet on RP surface in this technology. The baked materials are grain reinforced resin. It is shown from tests that the suitable sheet could be obtained using some suitable technique parameters. The thickness of the sheet was 0. 5 ― 5 mm, the structure of the sheet is smooth and uniform, the surface micro-hardness is Hv350, the relative precision of the sheet is 0.04 % , the roughness of polished sheet is 0.2 μm. This kind of metallic mould could endure stress from 40 MPa to 100 MPa. So it could be used for injection mould, vanish mould and draw mould.
