This paper presents a thermal model describing heat transfer in multispan sandwich rectangular plates. The model is time-dependent and two-dimensional. The different heat transfer phenomena occurring in light cores (honeycomb) form subject of a preliminary literature review which leads to a reduced modeling. The other layers can be orthotropic for conduction. Particular attention is paid to the boundary conditions on the faces of the plate: rdiative and non-uniform convective exchange are taken into account. The global solution for stationary cases is developed on trigonometric and exponential functioins based. The properties of the Laplace transform are used to solve time-dependent cases.
