摘要

This paper provides a new measurement method based on the principle of light sectioning, which can detect the deepness of the narrow gash with high-precision. In this method, the light sectioning image was used for collimation, a CMM was used to gain the coordinate value, and twice focusing was operated to calculate the depth dimension. By this method, the measurement range can reach 10mm, and the measurement uncertainty is less than 10μm.
