Trace Elements in Coal: Preparation of Small Samples for Analysis by ICP-MS

摘要

This paper examines the success of different digestion methods used to extract 18 elements (Be, B, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Mo, Cd, Sn, Sb, Ba and Pb) from coal and coal ash and reports data on the effect of reducing the sample size to amounts as small as 10 mg on the accuracy of determinations.
