In recent year, disposal of nonflammable waste, for example industrial waste, home electrified products, empty cans and every kind of glass bottles, cause a large problem in many cities. In these waste, many of industrial waste and home electrified products are reclaimed in the ground. In cans, aluminum cans being recycled considerably, but empty iron cans being not recycled for reason of the cost. On the other hand, empty glass bottles being almost reclaimed in the ground in each situation. For that reason, serious problems are caused by shortage of reclaimed land in many large city of Japan. It is thought consumption of reclaimed land decrease, if those empty glass bottles are recycled as the pavement material of concrete and asphalt.
