We have developed a new system which implements a Mental Cutting Test (MCT) on a micro-computer network. By using a computer network, we can obtain data regarding each subject's response time on each of the MCT problems, which are difficult to obtain in a usual paper-pencil test. We administered the MCT to more than 740 students at The University of Tokyo and Fukuoka University. In this paper, we will report the details of the system and the results of the statistical analysis performed both on scores and response times.
