Research on Applying Asphalt Concrete in Constructing the Pavement of Airport Runway in China

摘要

The asphalt concrete using for constructing the pavement of airport runway is widely applied in China. However, the domestic made asphalt and its technology are seldom used in practical engineering. The present paper analyzes and discusses the feasibility of applying asphalt concrete in constructing the pavement of airport runway in our country, the current problems which should be paid attention to as well as the research works need to be done in the future.
