High-T_c step-edge junctions: problem of reproducibility

摘要

We have speculated on the reproducibility growth of the YBCO film on a flank of the step in high-T_c step-edge junction on the basis of data. obtained from YBCO growth on tilted substrate with cubic lattices. We have analyzed the grain boundaries between YBCO film on the plane part and on a flank of the step depending with the angle between these two planes and the installation of the flank of step relatively a and b axis of YBCO film.
