摘要

Core, a kind of soft magnetic alloy with low price and high quality, is one of the raw materials most widely used in the industries of electrical power, instrument-making etc.. For a long time past, the point by point method (voltage-current method) has still been used in measuring curve of magnetization, intensity of magnetic field H, intensity of magnetic induction B and coss angle which indicate the magnetic properties of core material. The method has high error (up to 10percent), low efficiency and can not meet the requirement of modern realtime auto-testsystem, Thus, numerous manufactures and users of transformer, electric machines etc, in China expect that an intelligent instrument with fast speed and high accuracy in measuring magnetic properties of core material be developed. Under these circumstances, this microcomputer instrument has been developed at the request of Shanxi Certain Factory of Mutual Inductor.
