IMAGE CHARACTERISTICS OF GEOPHYSICAL POTENTIAL FIELD FOR THE KUNYANG RIFT AND STUDY ON METALLOGENIC ENVIRONMENTS OF COPPER DEPOSITS

摘要

The regional prospecting prognosis is a systematic project concernig comprehensively analysing multisource geoscience information, studying metallogenic structural background, establishing prospecting criteria and choosing best mineralization types and areas. The processing technique of comprehensive images is used and various geologic feature information is usefully extracted to make good use of old data and to provide forceful means for deepening geological researches. Processing of the thematic images illustrated in this paper were done by the " multisource geosceice information processing system" (MGIPS).
