摘要

In this paper the main results of co-development between Volga and SAIT in making a monochrome 4" FED on a glass soda-lime substrate are discussed. As an electron emitter, a Spindt tip structure was used without a resistive layer. We have developed the technologies of low voltage phosphor application, spacer fabrication by printing technique, FED packaging, sealing and exhausting.
