LOW TEMPERATURE GLASSES FOR POLYMER MELT BLENDS

摘要

Mixed alkali-zinc pyrophosphate and sulfophosphate glasses with low glass transition temperatures and chemical durability equivalent to soda lime silicate glass have been developed. These glasses can be blended with polymers and injection molded to produce blends of good thermal and dimension stability and high modulus.
