DIGITAL STEREO ENCODER

摘要

Using digital signal processing and off-the-shelf DSP chips we designed a digital stereo encoder. A computer simulation is carried out to verify the achievable signal-to-noise ratio, the performance of digital modulator and the digital FIR filter. Our results show that with very economical off-the-shelf DSP chips, a digital stereo encoder outperforms the best commercial analog stereo encoder.
