A new type of coaxial colinear antenna (CoCo) is introduced. The design approach is based on separating individual monopoles by inserting junction boxes. With this method, each junction is localised and then its matching can be accomplished. The antenna is built up by connecting coaxial elements on junction boxes. Hence, one obtains a "modular coaxial colinear antenna" usable at any desired frequency just by selecting the specific lengths of the monopoles.
