Groundwater treatment for chlorinated ethylenes using ozone and electron beam irradiation

摘要

Bench scale experiments have shown that the AOT based on the combination ozone/electron beam irradiation is a most effective way of pollutant destruction. To investigated the technical feasibility and cost effectiveness of this technique a downscaled protoype of a real water treatment plant has b een set up. Results obtained so far show that the main technical problems have been already solved.
