摘要

Aluminophosphate cement (APC) which itself contains its own cementitious phases with high hydration performances has been developed here by sol-gel process. The influence factors upon the hydration behavior of this cement have been studied. The hydration resultants with stable structure have been formed from this synthesized APC which has phase composition of a quaternary compound, S, designged according to crystallochemistry principle, modified CA (CaO Al_2O_3) and alpha-C_3P (3CaO P_2O_5), and amorphous phase. The hydration performances of early-high strength and increasingly long-term strength of the pastes could be derived from this cement. The possible hydration mechanism has been proposed based on the analysis of XRD and DTA.
