摘要

The electrical properties of antiferroelectric (AF) lead zirconate (PZ) with relaxor ferroelectric (FE) lead zinc niobate (PZN) are studied with reference to the field-induced phase transition near the morphotropic phase boundary. The Curie point decreased with increasing lanthanum addition up to 3 m/o, whereas for the AF-FE boundary it increased with increasing lanthanum. Above 4 m/o lanthanum, paraelectric and antiferroelectric regions were observed. The effects of lanthanum content and temperature on the dielectric, pyroelectric, and P-E hysteresis are reported.
