Technology, measuring methods and measuring equipment for the repair and testing of electricity meters at a test board of a power supply enterprise

Test boards of power supply enterprises that are dealing with the repair and testing of electricity meters are often faced with a large variety of types in a relatively low number of units. The author looks at the testing of meters by Zahlerreparaturwerk Oranienburg (ZRWO). The five sections into which the maintenance and testing of meters are divided are: external cleaning; mechanical maintenance; adjusting; calibration; and standards board acceptance test.
