An instrumentation system for measurement of the electrical insulating properties of materials used on spacecraft power systems

A test system consisting of three systems to accurately measure DC surface and volume resistivities, capacitance, and dissipation factor of insulating materials used on solar cell arrays on spacecraft power systems, is described.
