Precise measurements of quartz crystal units by network analyzer technique applied to two different types of test jig

The accuracy and repeatability of the quartz crystal parameter measurement method are investigated using network analyzer techniques applied to two different types of test jigs, coaxial and Pi-network, under controlled temperature conditions. The accuracy and repeatability are presented as a function of frequency, for these types of test jigs. The results are in good agreement with those obtained using the reference method.
