摘要

The article presents the results of the development of a mathematical model for assessing the technical condition of boiler installations based on generalized experimental data on failures due to damage to superheaters and evaporation surfaces, depending on the thermal load. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that statistical data on operating time, failure rate, metal condition, and residual resource allow us to develop approaches to evaluating the performance of each equipment element in order to obtain a reliable and representative sample of failure statistics for assessing the reliability of components and systems of boiler plants. The results obtained can be used to create predictive models that provide approaches to prolonging the operation and operation of elements of boiler plants and in the implementation of projects of digital energy systems for monitoring and diagnostics of power equipment of thermal power plants.
